Orders are typically shipped and handled within a week of the date of being placed. For US orders, if faster shipping is needed, please contact us directly by phone at 772-463-6522 from 9 AM to 4 PM Eastern, Monday through Friday.
Once your Order is placed, you will receive two automatically-generated emails from Minder - the first will be the Order confirmation and receipt, followed by the second which will be a confirmation of shipment once your Order is processed and shipped by the Warehouse.
The TireMinder Battery Replacement Program orders shipped without replacement transmitter caps are shipped in a standard flat envelope and do not include tracking information at their weight and class. Orders shipped with replacement transmitter caps are shipped in a 4x4x4 box with tracking provided.
Please allow up to10 business days from date of shipment for delivery within the US and from 2 to 4 weeks for Canadian deliveries.
